Awaiting a delivery of furniture only to discover its now in 3 weeks time, so I called their customer service and asked why so long? They said 2 of the items were out of stock. They were the least needed items so I said if I cancel them would that enable the furniture to come quicker? They said they couldn’t see online till it was done but there was no reason why not, especially as when I had ordered them it had said a 5 day delivery! Items cancelled, money refunded, email two hours later, items will be delivered in three weeks time DOH!!!
