I can’t stand we people get arsey with anyone in the service industry. They serve the goods, they don’t make them. If you are that intelligent you will just write a letter of complaint and take it further, not complain to the poor sod in front of you as if it is their fault?? I was on a flight just recently and this man was complaining to the stewardess that they had run out of his meal choice. Boy did he bang on. Started bringing up the price of his flight blah blah, it even had on the menu that they couldn’t guarantee everyones meal choice unless prior booked. This poor little stewardess took it very well but it was totally out of order from the passenger. As the saying goes, don’t shoot the messenger!
