Every-time I want to eat something they are watching me and telling me NO!
If I eat healthy for 6 days a week and then binge for 1 day, then this is a huge issue.
If I want to have some chocolate then I can! I workout 7 days a week! I fast for 2 days a week and then can eat what I want the rest. This may not be healthy BUT if I want an ice-cream I’m gonna damn well have it! I am not GAINING weight but am staying the same. This is not good enough apparently so from yesterday I am not allowed any thing and have to completely stick to a clean diet.
It wouldn’t be a massive issue if it was for my insane sister who barks NO at me every-time I look at food. It makes me so angry, I am old enough to make my own decisions.
SO STOP TELLING ME WHAT I CAN EAT I AM NOT A CHILD!
